If you need to send your AirPods/AirPods Pro or their charging case in for service, you’ll need to refer to the primary serial number (printed on the case lid) rather than an AirPod serial number. Important: Keep in mind that each second-generation AirPod or AirPod Pro has its own serial number, found on the first line of the text printed on the underside of each AirPod. You can also go to Settings > General > About > connected AirPods name. Note: If don’t see your AirPods on the top of the Settings app, tap Bluetooth, hit the info button ⓘ, and scroll down to the About section.

Scroll down to the About heading, and you’ll see the Model Number and Serial Number.
